To delete a message from your phone
To delete messages in the Deleted Items folder
(only if subscribed to Unified Messaging)
 | Step 1: Log on to Cisco Unity Voice Mail (6-1111)

| Step 2: Press 3 to review old messages
|
| Step 3: Press 2 to delete messages in the Deleted Items folder
|
| Step 4: Press 1 to confirm that you want to delete messages
|
| Step 5: When prompted, you can either:
| Press 1 to delete only the voice messages in the Deleted
Items folder. |
| Press 2 to delete all messages in the Deleted Items folder,
including e-mail and voice messages.
